KK BOLD is looking to add a creative-minded, audio/video producer-director to our dynamic team. Each year, we produce dozens of TV ads, radio ads, digital signage displays, demo reels, online video content and long-format informational videos for a variety of clients. A strong understanding of the entire audio/video production process, from concept to delivery, is very important. This person will work with our creative director, editors, copywriters, art directors and account staff to handle a wide array of duties including:

• Pre-production planning and coordination
• Budget planning, proposal development and cost negotiations
• Talent search and resource management
• Direct video shoots and manage production schedules
• Archive and manage internal library

The right person will also:

• Provide input on the creative direction
• Present ideas and concepts on an executive level
• Possess strong written and verbal skills
• Be able to travel when needed
